                                     Capacity Planning - how to use query to analyze performance data
                         2.Operations class - introduces the new operator to the information required
                                            to successfully run the AS/400.
                         3.IBM Query class - introduces the IBM Query product to the new user;
                                            simple and complex queries are created.

 PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS -- Resource Power can complete performance analysis studies from the one time 'How are we doing,' to continuous weekly reviews. Complete written reports and graphs accompany the analysis containing the areas of concern, the job using the most resources, suggestions for change in the work management setup.  Detailed analysis of specific applications, programs or users can be completed.
SYSTEM TUNING -- A complete review of the system values and work management setup can be performed with a written report of the findings and suggestions for change.
