iSeries 400 Technical Support: Consulting, On-site and personalized Education/Training, installation planning, Performance and Tuning reviews and implementation, Capacity planning using Best/One and SIMULATOR 400, Work Management reviews and implementation, Business/Disaster Recovery Planning, Hardware/software installation, upgrade planning, implementation assistance with IBM licensed products. 

Supporting the efforts of New Generation Software, Inc.  with completing AS/400 Performance Checkups and Data Warehouse/Data Mart design and implementation.  Representing NGS, Inc., I have presented Performance Implications of the Data Warehouse at Common and the IBM Technical Conference.

Systems Engineer, Technical support  Customer Account Support in System Software,   Hardware planning,  Installation support, Project management, Business recovery planning, Hardware/software configurations,  Physical site planning,  Basic and Advanced Operations,  Tuning and Performance,  Capacity Planning with Best/One, and Education/training on both the IBM S/370 and AS/400 platforms;  Wrote a one day AS/400 Tuning and Performance class and have been teaching the class to  AS/400 customers since Sept. 1991;  Maintained a relationship with IBM Rochester AS/400 personnel in the Tuning, Performance and Capacity planning areas and assisted with the one week AS/400 Performance Analysis Workshop in IBM Rochester on several occasions.  I have received three Symposium/Technical Excellence awards - 1989, 1990, 1992.
IBM Health Industry Specialist  Completed IBM Marketing School (12 months); technical support and Project management of IBM Health software installations.  Responsible for advising hospital managers and users on information systems, evaluating needs and matching hardware and software to those needs. Responsible for the account management of assigned accounts in selection of systems, planning and implementing of systems and continued follow up.  Assisted hospitals with planning sessions and the implementation of those plans.
